As a Bartender at YEEELS Group, you play a central role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences that reflect our brand’s creativity, quality, and energy. You will craft signature cocktails, provide excellent service, and ensure every guest interaction is memorable. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks, and beverages to high standards of quality and presentation

• Engage with guests, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of the bar area

• Collaborate with the team to create and innovate drink menus and seasonal specials

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and assist with ordering and cost control

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations

• Assist in training and mentoring junior bar staff to uphold YEEELS standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in high-end or fast-paced venues

• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

• Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a passion for delivering excellence

Compensation:

• $11/hr minimum wage when tipped (tip-based, pooled via an 8-point tip system)

• $16.50/hr minimum wage without tips
