Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Multiple Locations, NE Indiana | Full-time or Part-time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Starting Pay: $35 - $45 hourly

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values quality, professionalism, and compassion in every aspect of their work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and will take pride in developing meaningful programs that drive measurable progress. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
As a BCBA with Great Heights, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and the flexibility to determine the hours needed to provide the highest standard of care.
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
Conduct assessments and design treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs, collaborating closely with families to ensure meaningful, measurable outcomes. - Implement and Monitor Interventions
Use evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness and sustainability of progress. - Evaluate Progress and Adjust Plans
Review ongoing data to assess client progress, modifying treatment plans and interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. - Supervise and Train Staff
Provide leadership and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring treatment integrity and professional development. - Collaborate and Communicate
Maintain clear and compassionate communication with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client success. 
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (required)
 - Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
 - Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals exhibiting severe behavior challenges
 - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
 - Excellent organizational and time management abilities
 - Bilingual (preferred, not required)
 
This position requires participation in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training provided by Great Heights. This training involves physical components and requires average physical fitness.
