Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old.

- No experience required - we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Center-based - you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite.

We Offer:
- No RBT? $16.00
- Sign On Bonus $750.
- Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.50 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $23.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
- Pay based on experience, education, and performance
- 401(k) with company match

What We're Looking For:
- 18+ years old required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable playing with children
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
- Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
