Case Manager:
The Behavioral Health Case Manager is a crucial support role responsible for coordinating a range of services including crisis assessments, safety planning, documentation of quality measures, scribing, and conducting utilization reviews, all aimed at ensuring timely, comprehensive, and patient-centered care.
Case Manager Assistant:
The Behavioral Health Case Manager assistant coordinates and assists with services provided at Behavioral Health The case manager is a supportive role for the department. Case manager completes various tasks ranging from crisis assessments, safety planning, obtaining quality measures, scribing, and utilization review in a timely manner.
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
40 hours per week - First Shift
Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Case Manager - Bachelors level education in social work, human services, psychology or specific training/education found to be beneficial in providing patient services.
Case Manager Assistant - High School Diploma or GED and/or specific training/education found to be beneficial in providing patient services.
