Licensed Associate Therapist (ACSW, AMFT, or APCC) – Clinic-Based Role
Full-Time
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
About the Role:
A community-based behavioral health organization is seeking an Associate-Level Therapist to join their clinic team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, case managers, and family support staff—to provide individual therapy, assessments, and case management services for children and youth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions and clinical assessments
- Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate care with medical and behavioral health providers
- Provide collateral support and case management services for families
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Serve clients ranging from ages 0–21 with moderate to severe behavioral health needs
Caseload:
Approximately 25–35 clients
Qualifications:
- Active ACSW, AMFT, or APCC registration with the California BBS
- Experience or comfort working with moderate to severe mental health populations
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
- Business casual dress code
- In-person, clinic-based setting
