- Stay organized while juggling multiple tasks, calls, and priorities throughout the day.
- A self-starter who works well independently and adapts quickly to change.

- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and benefits administration platforms.
- Knowledge of benefits compliance (FMLA, COBRA, ERISA) preferred.
- A trustworthy team player with top-notch interpersonal and communication skills.
