The Role
Are you an experienced Business Intelligence Server Administrator with a passion for solving challenging solutions related to scaling and governance? The Expertise we are looking for:
Degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or relative work experience
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence platform administration, preferably Power BI
Tableau administration experience a plus
Experience with cloud services
Self-starter willing to research independently when assigned a task with unknown solution
Ability to partner with various business partners, both technical and business, while communicating progress
Linux OS is a plus
Log and Monitoring experience a plus

The Team
The Customer Data and Marketing Technology group within Fidelity Wealth organization is seeking a BI Systems administrator manage large scale Power BI and Tableau platforms. In this role, you will help add new capabilities, manage access and other governance activities. Develop creative solutions related to how we grow the platform. This position is a critical element to delivering Fidelity’s promise of crafting the best customer experiences in financial services.
Dynamic Working
Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
