Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and organizing documents.

• Answer and direct inbound calls professionally, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Provide receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming office environment.

• Assist in maintaining office supplies and coordinating with vendors as needed.

• Support the team with general office operations to enhance productivity.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications.
