We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will provide bilingual Spanish/English administrative support for our Family Resource Center program, ensuring the smooth execution of workshops, training events, and essential office functions. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement administrative tasks related to workshops and training sessions.
• Manage data collection and maintain organized records for program activities.
• Answer inbound calls and provide courteous assistance to program participants.
• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
• Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support the planning and execution of program events with logistical coordination.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative functions.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
• Provide bilingual Spanish/English communication support for program needs.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong skills in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including handling inquiries and greeting visitors.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of non-profit operations is a plus.
