Job Description
Are you an organized multitasker with a talent for keeping things running smoothly? Join our client's team as a Bilingual Office Administrative Assistant and become the friendly face and reliable support system that helps their office operate at its best.
Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $25/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
 - Manage phone calls, mail, packages, and visitor access, ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
 - Maintain office and breakroom supply inventory, process purchase and business card requests.
 - Coordinate meeting logistics, facility tours, and visitor security procedures.
 - Provide administrative support to HR, Operations, and other departments, promoting a positive and organized workplace.
 
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
 - 3 years of administrative work experience or front-desk experience
 - Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
 - Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion.
 - Professional, reliable, and proactive team player.
