Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and carrier partners via phone, email, and written communication
- Support teammates with follow-up and next steps for clients and prospects
- Research and resolve coverage questions accurately and efficiently
- Respond promptly to client requests by phone or electronically
- Maintain organized client files and process routine correspondence (paper and multiple software systems)
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Assist with general office duties as needed
- This is an on-site position
Professional & Personal Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and calculator
- HawkSoft experience preferred (not required)
- Fast, accurate typing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organized, structured, punctual, and compliant with procedures
- Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate
- Kind, ethical, and honest
- P&C license not required; If you are GREAT, if not but have the other skills we will help get you licensed.
- Salary ranges from 40K 60k depending on experience and if you already have a license, bonuses for performance and other benefits are available as well.

- 3 years of customer service experience
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Education requirement H.S. diploma, AA, or BA
