About Us
Were an award-winning, relationship-driven independent insurance agency with a heart for service. We work for our clientsnot a single carrierpartnering closely with our team, community, and the companies we represent. Our hours are MondayFriday, 9:005:30. We provide training, and there may be occasional evening or Saturday shifts to support community events.

Job Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and carrier partners via phone, email, and written communication

  • Support teammates with follow-up and next steps for clients and prospects

  • Research and resolve coverage questions accurately and efficiently

  • Respond promptly to client requests by phone or electronically

  • Maintain organized client files and process routine correspondence (paper and multiple software systems)

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities

  • Assist with general office duties as needed

  • This is an on-site position

Professional & Personal Skills


  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and calculator

  • HawkSoft experience preferred (not required)

  • Fast, accurate typing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Organized, structured, punctual, and compliant with procedures

  • Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate

  • Kind, ethical, and honest

  • P&C license not required; If you are GREAT, if not but have the other skills we will help get you licensed.

Wages and Compensation:


  • Salary ranges from 40K 60k depending on experience and if you already have a license, bonuses for performance and other benefits are available as well.

Experience Requirements:


  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • Education requirement H.S. diploma, AA, or BA
