Bilingual Data & Customer Support Clerk Dallas, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $17/hour • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • W2, Temporary (2+ months) • Start date: ASAP ROLE IMPACT Make a meaningful difference by supporting a mission-driven nonprofit organization that serves the local community. In this bilingual role, you’ll blend fast-paced data entry with customer interaction to ensure accurate records and responsive service for families and providers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist customers via phone, email, and in person with inquiries on attendance, payments, and program compliance • Review and reconcile child care attendance submitted by parents and providers • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies using internal case management and state systems • Document and escalate noncompliance or excessive absence cases; initiate terminations when necessary • Provide technical guidance on attendance tracking tools and procedures MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years recent data entry or customer service experience • High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred) • Fluent in Spanish (required) • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and standard office hardware • In-person interview required CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Outlook • Case management software • State attendance/payment systems • Office phones and hardware PREFERRED SKILLS • Strong attention to detail • Bilingual communication (Spanish/English) • Comfortable working fully onsite By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
