Job Description

Bilingual Human Resource Coordinator Overview: System One is partnering with a client seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to support HR operations during a period of organizational restructuring. This dual-role position is responsible for a wide range of HR administrative and project-based tasks, ensuring efficient onboarding, compliance, and employee record management. Key Responsibilities: Support all aspects of onboarding and offboarding, including I-9 verification and new hire documentation. Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist with digitizing employee files and uploading them into ADP. Serve as a backup presenter for onboarding sessions, requiring strong communication and public speaking skills. Manage benefits administration tasks and assist with unemployment claims. Collaborate with HR leadership on project-based initiatives and process improvements. Provide heavy administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations. Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required. Prior experience with ADP strongly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Comfortable with data entry, document management, and handling confidential information. Previous HR or administrative experience required; degree not required. Ref: #208-Rowland Tulsa
