Summary:
The Human Resources Admin/Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing administrative support to the Human Resources department while overseeing front desk tasks.

The Human Resources Admin/Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing administrative support to the Human Resources department while overseeing front desk tasks.
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with HR processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.
- Handle mail distribution and manage office supplies inventory.
- Prepare and distribute documents as needed.
- Coordinate Uniform distribution for new hires
- Assist in New Hire Orientation preparation
- Coordinate Employee Birthday/Anniversary Recognition
- Post information in the plant and on TVs as needed
- Provide basic information to employees and visitors regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Help organize internal events and team-building activities.

- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in HR.
