What youll be doing:
As an Operations Consultant, youll report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for providing support to our franchisees and their client accounts. Heres some of what you can expect to be doing on a daily to weekly basis:
- Flex your customer service muscles to maximize retention of assigned accounts within your territory
- Conduct approximately 25 client inspections per week, ensuring best practices are taught/coached, practiced, and in place
- Resolve customer issues, as needed
- Be a coach/guide/guru for franchisees, assisting with training, business coaching , and quality reviews
- Manage setup of new customer accounts, including on-site training and building relationships
What youll need to succeed:
- Track record of success in maintaining motivation and drive to achieve goals in a competitive, self-directed environment
- Ability to coach and train people within an organized structure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing capabilities
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office programs
- Clean driving record & ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to be in our Blue Ash office at least 1 day per week, and visit clients across greater Dayton market
