Zafran Law Group is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Phone Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and direct them appropriately
- Assist with clerical tasks
- Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with office supplies
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and e-faxes
- Support Spanish speaking clients in directing their calls to the appropriate team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Phone Operator or similar role
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with legal environment is a plus
- High volume call center experience is a plus
