Company within the Funeral/Mortuary services industry is looking to hire MULTIPLE Bilingual Spanish Front Desk Receptionist's/Office Assistants

MUST BE OKAY WORKING IN THIS EMPATHY AND SYMPATHY DRIVEN ENVIORNMENT

• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Work Days: Tuesday through Saturday

Requirements:
• Ideally minimum of 4-15 years of progressive experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – required
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working in an environment that serves grieving families
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to be trained in specialized tasks related to funeral service prep
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Reliable and punctual
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and empathy
• Answer and manage multiple phone lines efficiently
• Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Prepare necessary materials and spaces for funeral services
• Assist with care and handling of decedents when needed (training provided)
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with grieving families
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Other duties as assigned by management
