BIM & Piping Modeling expert - Pharma Projects at BARYCON

BaryCon is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM & Piping Modeling expert with experience in Pharma Projects to join our dynamic team supporting pharmaceutical facility design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, and cloud-based model sharing. You will be responsible for developing and coordinating 3D models, extracting isometric drawings, and ensuring alignment across disciplines to meet stringent GMP and cleanroom requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Extract accurate isometric drawings, spool sheets, and shop drawings from coordinated models.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure model accuracy, constructability, and schedule alignment.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve interface issues during design and construction phases.
• Maintain model integrity through established standards, naming conventions, and data structure.
• Apply GMP-compliant layouts, hygienic process piping, and HVAC systems relevant to cleanroom environments.
• Assist in field verification and implement redline changes based on as-built conditions.
• Participate in design reviews, model coordination meetings, and QA/QC processes.
• Support cloud-based collaboration using ACC and other shared model platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in BIM Piping modeling, with a focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom projects.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Demonstrated experience working with cloud-shared models across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of process piping, GMP compliance, and facility layout principles.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and fabrication details.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Scan-to-BIM workflows and integration of point cloud data.
• Familiarity with EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) project structures.
• Knowledge of document control platforms such as BIM 360, Aconex, or similar.
