What Our Prep Washers Do
- Washes, cleans, and details exterior and interior of vehicles.
- Straighten rows, washes inventory, and generally assists in maintaining the appearance of the lot.
- Ensures the dealership meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s national average for customer satisfaction.
- Maintains safe work environment.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
- Complete required company and manufacturer training
- Completes all other projects and duties as assigned
Your Pre-Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to operate an automatic and manual transmission
- Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
