Job Description
BCBA – Supervising 1–2 RBTs (Part-Time, Flexible Schedule)
Location: Oakland, CA 94621
Pay: $70-$80+/hr on W2 (Based on experience)
Start Date: December 1, 2025
End Date: June 12, 2026 (the school will offer the right candidate a permanent, salaried position at the end of this contract)
Schedule: ~8–12 hours per week (flexible days/times)
Credential Required: BCBA
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical supervision to 1–2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working with two students in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing supervision to 1–2 RBTs across two student cases.
- Review and update programming and behavior goals.
- Attend or contribute to IEP meetings as needed.
- Ensure fidelity of BIP implementation.
- Maintain documentation and support school-based communication.
Schedule & Hours
- Approximately 8–12 hours/week
- Flexible schedule — hours and days can be arranged based on your availability.
- Additional hours may become available pending client confirmation.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience with school-based ABA preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support both early childhood and adolescent learners
