Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in IN. The BCBA will support students with diverse behavioral and learning needs through evidence-based interventions, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with educators, families, and support staff to promote academic and social-emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff within a school setting.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals, teachers, and support staff in the implementation of behavior plans.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and parents to align behavioral strategies with academic goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Indiana State licensure or eligibility as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Experience in school-based or pediatric ABA settings preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
