Role Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will design and implement individualized ABA programs, provide supervision to behavior technicians, and collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide interventions.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
- Communicate progress and strategies effectively with families and caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards set by BACB.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all client services.
Qualifications
- Required Certification: Active BCBA or BCaBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Reliable transportation for on-site sessions in Los Angeles and Orange County.
- Preferred: Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and familiarity with insurance-based services.
