Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located on-site in Wesley Chapel, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Other responsibilities include training and supervising behavior technicians, collaborating with caregivers and other professionals, and monitoring progress to ensure effective treatment.

Qualifications
- Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience in Behavior Management and conducting assessments
- Knowledge of Psychology and behavior intervention techniques
- Ability to provide Parent Education and caregiver coaching
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience working with children with behavioral challenges is a plus
