Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Verity Behavioral Solutions LLC

Verity Behavioral Solutions LLC McKinney, Texas

Job Description

Location: McKinney, TX

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (plus comprehensive benefits)

Are you a BCBA who believes in building up your team, not just your caseload?

Do you feel that 'quality of care' includes a high-quality, supportive environment for your RBTs?

Are you looking for a leadership team that listens, adapts, and trusts your clinical judgment?

If you answered yes, Verity Behavioral Solutions may be the home you’ve been looking for.

We are not a "traditional" ABA clinic. We are a team of passionate professionals who are "rooted in truth and driven by results." We’ve reimagined the therapy environment—moving beyond the clinical model to create intentional spaces that spark curiosity, joy, and genuine connection.

At Verity, we are founded on the core values of Authenticity, Collaboration, and Empowerment. We are building a culture where both our clients and our team members can thrive.

Why Verity is Different (And Why You'll Love it Here)

  • We Empower Our Clinicians: We don't believe in a top-down, rigid hierarchy. We believe in empowerment. You will have the clinical autonomy to implement high-quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care. Your voice matters, and we are built to be adaptable, making changes that elevate our standard of care.
  • We Champion Our RBTs: We know that a supported RBT means a better-supported client. We are looking for a BCBA who shares this vision and finds joy in mentorship. You will be a cornerstone in empowering our RBTs through exceptional training, hands-on support, and fostering a culture of professional growth.
  • We Support You: You can't pour from an empty cup. We are committed to providing support at every level. This isn't just a promise; it's the framework of our model. We prioritize manageable caseloads and provide the administrative and clinical support you need to focus on what you do best.
  • A Ground-Floor Opportunity: As a growing organization, you won't just be joining a company; you'll be helping to build it. We want visionary leaders who are excited to help shape our clinical direction and contribute to a culture of excellence from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

  • A passionate and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • A true leader who is excited to train, mentor, and empower a team of RBTs.
  • A clinician who believes deeply in collaborative, family-centered care.
  • Experience with and a passion for trauma-informed practices.
  • An adaptable professional who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, compassionate treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality, direct supervision, mentorship, and training to your team of RBTs, fostering their skills and confidence.
  • Partner with families, providing parent training and collaborative support to ensure progress translates to the home and community.
  • Analyze data and make evidence-based decisions to ensure client progress and program integrity.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to champion continuous improvement in our services and our culture.

The Details

  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $110,000, based on experience.
