Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – We-MO (We-Motivate, PLLC)

Founded by Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Executive Clinical Director Kendra Wills, We-MO was created to offer a different kind of clinical environment: one rooted in compassion, low caseloads, and genuine professional support. We are growing intentionally and are seeking a BCBA who wants to be part of a practice that centers clinical integrity and sustainable work-life balance.

Compensation

$100,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and caseload preference.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide oversight and high-quality clinical direction

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group services across clinic, home, community, and telehealth settings

• Support Seattle-area client with consistent, relationship-centered care

• Collaborate with parents, schools, and multidisciplinary teams

• Offer guidance, training, and support to clients, families, and team members

• Maintain high ethical and clinical standards while emphasizing relational, compassionate care

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Interest in ACT-informed or compassion-focused ABA
