Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - $57-60/hr at IDR Healthcare

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Pay Range: $57.00 – $60.00 per hour

Position Overview:
IDR Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district team in Colorado Springs, CO. The BCBA will work within the district’s center-based program supporting students with Autism and significant behavioral needs. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing and implementing individualized behavioral interventions that promote positive outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral assessments, develop intervention plans, and oversee implementation for students with Autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service staff to support student success in a center-based environment.

• Deliver ongoing training, modeling, and coaching to classroom staff on behavior management techniques and data collection.

• Monitor and analyze student progress through regular data review and adjust behavior plans as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal regulations regarding behavior support and documentation.

• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and interdisciplinary team discussions.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Must hold or be eligible for a Colorado BCBA license.

• Previous experience working with students with Autism and significant behavioral challenges in a school-based or similar setting preferred.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
