About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Clinical Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional behavioral health services. This is a unique opportunity to shape clinical strategy, mentor talented professionals, and foster a collaborative, sociable culture that prioritizes both client outcomes and team engagement.


What You’ll Do


Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

Drive program development and innovation, with opportunities to integrate research-based approaches.

Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and growth.

Engage with clients and stakeholders across Los Angeles—flexibility and willingness to travel locally are essential.


What We’re Looking For


  • Certification: BCBA or BCaBA required; BCBA-D strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in clinical leadership or advanced practice roles.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire teams and create a sociable, supportive culture.
  • Research background or experience in evidence-based program development.
  • Previous ownership or leadership of a therapy agency.


Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $85K–$100K annually
