Receiving & Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a person with high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to provide Tool Crib inventory support at customer manufacturing locations throughout the Twin Cities and northern suburbs. This is a transitional role. 

After 6-9 months, this will transition to an on-site role at our customers location in Coon Rapids. Responsibilities will remain the same, however, will be centralized to one customer instead of multiple.

No specific experience required! If you have great customer service skills, know your way around a computer, and are organized and detail-oriented, please apply!  

• Full-Time - 40 hours/week - Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4 PM, ½ hour lunch
• $23 - $25/hour - annual performance & salary reviews

Responsibilities

• Daily - receive and put away inventory 
• Create customer purchase orders as requested
• Perform routine cycle counts
• Make inventory adjustments as necessary
• Add new items to the inventory database
• Follow up on Back Ordered items
• Maintain appearance of the Tool Cribs
• Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability and desire to provide friendly & efficient customer service
• Proficient PC/computer skills; comfortable learning multiple software programs.  Comfortable working with MS office products Excel knowledge helpful
• Valid drivers license. Clean driving record. 

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position requires work to be done at the customers location in Coon Rapids after 6-9 months.
