Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Location: US FL Kissimmee Location - R21
Shift Schedulelexible to work 8-hour shifts Monday through Sunday from 8:00am to 08:00pm as per eastern zone (5 days and 40 hours per week)

Purpose
- The Brand Advocate's goal is to build brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
- Provide consumers with an unforgettable and educational experience that engages them and leaves a lasting impression.
- Act as the Face of the Brand, representing it with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
- Participate in events with enthusiasm, excitement, and professionalism.
- Interact with consumers and customers in a fluent and professional manner.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and extended or unusual hours.
- Arrive on-site at events on time and remain from start to finish.
- Assist the on-site manager with all event-related tasks.
- Complete and submit event reports after each activation, as required.
Experience and Skills Required
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record or reliable transportation to/from events.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (drug-free workplace).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing event materials, company assets, and reports.
- Outgoing, responsible, enthusiastic, and reliable personality.
- Expert knowledge of the product and brand.
- Strong team player with a presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Skilled in problem-solving, project management, and time management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6+ months of related work experience preferred.
