The Breakfast Server is a key role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience. As a Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during breakfast operations, setting up the breakfast area, serving guests our a la carte menu, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area.

- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive (5am start time)
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Replenish food and beverages as needed
- Utilize our POS system when ringing in orders, and properly closing out guest checks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area
- Assist guests with any requests or questions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior Food service or customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work early mornings (5-6am report time)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate POS systems
- Cash handling experience
- Team player
