This highly coordinated model integrates imaging, clinic, and surgery under one roofproviding seamless continuity of care for patients and a streamlined workflow for physicians. Position Highlights Integrated model: Imaging, diagnostics, and clinic are all togetherno running between facilities. Schedule balance: 1-2 days in clinic, 3-5 days in the OR. Strong clinical support Each clinic has a dedicated NP, RN, and MA per surgical team. Breast Navigator supports each physician. Medical Assistants handle scheduling and pre-op coordination. Work-life balance Clinic opens at 8:30 AM No holidays or weekends Patient volume: 20-30 patients per day in clinic.
