Building Maintenance Electrician at Crest Foods Co., Inc.

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and maintenance, with experience in both industrial and commercial settings. This role requires proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems (in an industrial environment) to ensure optimal performance and safety within our facilities.

Duties

• · Electrical Maintenance

· Facility construction maintenance

· Routine systems testing: sprinklers, alarms, emergency exit/lights, etc.

· Tuck pointing, caulking; patch painting, anchoring, etc.

· Equipment skids/crating

· Minor metal siding repairs

· Lockset and closer installation and repairs

· Respond to building emergencies, fire alarms, water leaks, snow overloads, etc.

· Basic piping/threading tasks

· Cleaning HVAC equipment

Skills

• · Advanced electrical & trouble shooting experience (Industrial experience preferred)

· Construction skills

· Basic plumbing skills

· Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment

· General knowledge of power tools.

General hours of work:

• Monday-Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Extended/flexible hours as needed/requested – may include some Saturday OT
• This role includes periodic on-call responsibilities outside of standard business hours
