Bulk Sales Representative
As a Bulk Sales Representative, you will have a highly visible sales role in a fast-growing, quick-moving area of French Toast’s Direct to School Division. You will use your sales skills and expertise to meet and exceed growth targets, while driving customer satisfaction by growing relationships with a diverse set of clients including schools and businesses. You fully understand the product and service solutions in the uniform and school space and will work closely with the Sales Account Team and corporate partners to launch new business and to retain existing accounts.
This position ensures that French Toast is placed in optimum positions with our schools and other businesses to drive continued growth in the business. Selling in and selling through are equally important and as Bulk Sales Representative, it is your job to recruit new business through several channels, including company and self-generated email campaigns, cold calls, prospecting through on-line sites, and word of mouth referrals. Special focus and attention are required to attract new bulk clients and to regenerate and grow relationships with current and former customers as well.
Customer experience and satisfaction is also a key component in the position. Feedback from customers is essential to ensure French Toast Direct stays relevant and successful in the marketplace. You will provide updates to the Sales Director on a regular basis which influence future sales and service decisions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with decision makers, resulting in won business and maintaining a high percentage of existing account base.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the sale.
- Pursue leads throughout the sales process to close business, both self-generated and through company initiatives.
- Achieve all company sales goals and metric expectations.
- Strong focus on overall profitability of each order and account.
- Offer transparency throughout the sales process through documentation and utilization of CRM system.
- Utilize CRM to determine effectiveness of campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal business partners to achieve best outcomes for our customers.
Success is measured by:
- Achievement of personal and team sales goals with highest gross margins.
- Successfully building and maintaining long term relationships with client base.
- Successful interaction in team environment and well-honed leadership style, in relating to Sales Support, Management team and other corporate partners.

Educational/Position Requirements:
- BA/BS College Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 plus years selling experience in this or a similar field.
- Experience developing sales strategies and forecasting future market growth potential.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
- Demonstrated track record of sales success.
