Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to help grow our client base by identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of technology solutions, and a passion for building client relationships that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across target industries such as healthcare, finance, and enterprise IT and many more. Client Outreach: Initiate contact with decision-makers via email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calls, and networking events. Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of all interactions. Proposal Support: Collaborate with delivery, technical, and marketing teams to create tailored proposals, capability decks, and RFP responses. Market Research: Track market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new business opportunities. Partnership Development: Assist in developing strategic alliances with complementary technology and consulting firms. Revenue Targets: Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and new contracts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management . Strong understanding of technology solutions such as software development, data analytics, cloud, or digital transformation. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
