This role requires strong expertise in HVAC and construction operations, along with exceptional business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and mechanical sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and track client interactions.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations throughout business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the construction or mechanical industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools like Procore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
