Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the Construction and Mechanical sectors. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our client base, driving sales growth, and establishing long-lasting partnerships within the industry. This role requires strong expertise in HVAC and construction operations, along with exceptional business development skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and mechanical sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and track client interactions.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations throughout business operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the construction or mechanical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools like Procore.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
