Business Development Manager
Integrity Trade Services is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to be part of our Knox, Indiana Branch Team! The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of business-to-business sales with a proven track record of developing new sales and managing existing client growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the full cycle sales process that includes engaging and qualifying prospects and developing business relationships.
Salary: $65K to 75K - negotiable based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ambitious team player to join our team in continuing the growth within and around the Starke County area!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong networks and centers of influence
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Generate and obtain leads through prospecting
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients
- Close and generate sales through prospects
- Meet and exceed weekly goals and expectations
- Ensure pipeline opportunity expectations are met and documented
- Present effective sales presentations tailored to the potential client while building trust
- Qualify clients, collect credit information, and submit in a timely manner
- Negotiate contract terms to ensure a strong relationship
- Conduct site inspections
- Follow up with established accounts and grow existing business
- Responsible for promptly and accurately inputting all required information into the tracking system
- High level of honesty, strong work ethic and common sense
- Self-motivate, disciplined, organized and has a drive for results
- Demonstrates skillful negotiation abilities
- Encourages teamwork
- Maintains confidentiality
- Exhibits excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
