This role focuses on building relationships with property managers, schools, healthcare facilities, insurance professionals, and other organizations that may need cleaning and restoration services.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Your success will come from </span><strong style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">networking, vendor list approvals, and consistent outreach</strong><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);"> to decision-makers. The goal: generate referrals, schedule appointments, and drive revenue for Voda’s cleaning and restoration services.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Identify and contact potential referral partners (property managers, schools, healthcare, businesses, insurance reps, etc.).</span></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Schedule and conduct meetings to present Voda’s services.</span></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and referral sources through regular follow-up.</span></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Attend networking events, trade organizations, and community meetings to represent Voda.</span></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Deliver group presentations to prospective organizations.</span></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Track sales activity and provide weekly/monthly reports.</span></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer experiences.</span></li></ol><p><strong style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Prior sales, business development, or account management experience preferred (restoration or service industry a plus).</span></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Strong networking and relationship-building skills.</span></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Self-motivated and able to work independently.</span></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Comfortable with outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits).</span></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><strong style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Must have a reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).</strong></li><li data-list="bullet"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span><span style="color: rgb(73, 75, 80);">Basic computer skills (MS Office;
