About the Role
The CUSA Audit and Business Consultation department is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Analyst, Business Intelligence) who possesses specialized knowledge/ skills in the data analytics space with a desire to work in a dynamic and ever evolving business environment.
This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Your Impact
- Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
- Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
- Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
- Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
- May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
- May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
- Researches, plans and evaluates the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures or methodologies through review and evaluation of detailed data

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or MIS discipline, along with strong analytical and communications skills and thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency with all modern programming languages (SQL, Python & Tableau required)
- Accounting background or audit experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and ability to drive to completion
We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $69,300 - $103,770 annually
