Business Litigation Associate (35 years) - Las Vegas at Direct Counsel

This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized litigation practice with a strong presence in Nevada. The team handles high-stakes commercial disputes across a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, energy, and technology.

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct and defend depositions, handle expert discovery, and appear in court

• Collaborate with a dynamic, national litigation team

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation at a law firm or through a judicial clerkship

• Strong command of civil procedure and case strategy

• Courtroom and deposition experience required

• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

• Admission to the Nevada Bar (or eligibility for admission); admission in Arizona, California, or Colorado is a plus

• Outstanding academic credentials

• $215,000 – $325,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience
