$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 yearly

• Manage a caseload of business litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trials
• Develop and implement litigation strategies with minimal supervision
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive and professional environment

• Minimum of 4–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial matters
• Corporate banking or insolvency experience preferred
• Bankruptcy experience is a plus, particularly involving creditor rights or solvency issues
• Strong courtroom presence and confidence under pressure
• Trial experience and the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and resolve complex disputes
• Detail-oriented and enthusiastic about building long-term client relationships

The compensation package is commensurate with experience and includes a base salary in the range of $100,000–$125,000, plus bonus compensation based on production and performance.
