Business Performance Advisor opportunity in Miami Our client is a leading national PEO that provides the most comprehensive suite of scalable HR solutions available in the marketplace with an optimal blend of premium HR service and technology is looking to hire their next Business Advisor in the Miami market. Salary, bonus, leads and potential growth • Identify small and midsized businesses to offer our client's human resource services and technology. • Call on business owners virtually and in person to explain how HR solutions can help solve their challenges. • Will from the office first few months, then ideally on the road meeting and consulting with clients. • 3+ years of B2B experience who enjoys networking, getting out there, being provided with warm leads. Base Salary: $75,000 (non-negotiable) Cell Phone Allowance: $36.93 per bi-weekly pay period Monthly Expenses (can expense up to $370) Commission: Uncapped commissions & residuals Additional Incentive (Nov 2025 – Dec 2026) 1st sale: $5,000 bonus 2nd sale: $5,000 bonus 3rd sale: $10,000 bonus
