Key Qualifications:
4–6 years of experience in a top-tier law firm environment
Substantive experience representing corporate debtors, creditors’ committees, individual creditors, and third-party purchasers in Chapter 11 bankruptcies and restructurings
Prior experience clerking for a bankruptcy judge and/or working in a corporate restructuring/bankruptcy practice strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and oversee daily workflow for restructuring matters at varying stages
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary range: $310,000 – $390,000, depending on experience and location

Vacation accrual at four weeks per year, two weeks of sick leave, and 10 paid holidays annually
