Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Lead Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Cleveland, OH/Dallas, TX/Birmingham, AL/Phoenix, AZ Function of the Group: Mitigating RiskInitiatives/Projects: STX Enhancements, Data Fabric and Landing ZoneIndustry background: Anti Money Laundering activities Team Dynamic: n/a Roles and Responsibilities: • Mix of a BSA and Scrum Master • Liaison between technology team and LOB • Look at the data, analyze and troubleshoot • Interface with 30+ apps • Application workflow analysis Must Have Technical Skills: Level 4 –5-10+ years: • Business systems skills • Data analysis skills • Anti Money Laundering Systems Experience • PL SQL • Jira• Confluence • Requirements gathering • Agile • Scrum Flex Skills/Nice to Have:n/a Soft Skills: • Analytical • Independent • Critical thinker • Go getter• Proactive • Dependable • Good team player Education/Certifications: Bachelors required, Scrum certifications preferred Screening Questions: 1.
