Business Systems Analyst (Vendor Integration) Responsibilities: Supplier Integration Leverage your technical and vendor experience to streamline integrations (Guidewire experience is a plus, but not required) Supplier Diversification Assess and optimize our supplier portfolio Bring experience in vendor/supplier management to diversify and future-proof our partnerships Roadmaps & Scorecards Build and implement data-driven scorecards to track supplier performance Simplify complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders Requirements: Strong background in supplier/vendor management Solid understanding of system integrations (Guidewire or similar platforms) Proven ability to take projects from inception to execution Experience building processes, scorecards, and operational frameworks Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment Highly organized and knows how to break down complexity into simplicity Honest, direct, and comfortable having tough conversations
