Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of bussing experience in a high-volume, metropolitan restaurant environment preferred
Familiarity with service etiquette, including steps of service, right of way, backhanding, and table maintenance
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
