About the Position

We are seeking Part-Time Seasonal Bussers to be part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You’ll get the opportunity to foster a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and their guests. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and delivers a high level of member service while maintaining the highest integrity. You will work well under pressure, be a team player, organized, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable.


You’ll have a chance to work with a passionate year-round Food & Beverage team of managers, supervisors, front and back of the house individuals, along with an exceptional group of seasonal people from around the world.


What You’ll Do

  • Delivers food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner to maintain the food's temperature.
  • Interact with members and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas after members and guests leave.
  • Reset tables promptly and rotates products to ensure freshness.
  • Replenishes beverages as necessary and checks with member and their guests for overall satisfaction.
  • Support servers during busy periods by helping to carry trays and delivery food.
  • Maintains proper and adequate set-up of assigned area daily.
Requirements:

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) months of Busser experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with other team members ensuring member satisfaction.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

Education

  • Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
  • ServSafe food handler certification preferred.
