A restaurant busser's responsibilities include keeping the dining area clean and presentable, setting tables, and helping the waitstaff:

• Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as wiping down tables and polishing glassware and silverware
  
  
• Setting tables: Placing silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments on tables
