Responsibilities:
Prepare meats with precision and care, ensuring perfect cuts for presentation
Cut meat in layers AS THIN AS PAPER , mastering the art of El Pastor, Shawarma, kebabs, and other specialty meats
Manage storage, inventory, and maintain strict hygiene standards
Contribute to the development and execution of signature meat dishes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a butcher or in a related field
Expertise in Döner, El Pastor, Shawarma, or Mediterranean-style meat cutting
Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
