Staffmark has partnered with a custom commercial cabinetry company in Gastonia, NC, and we are looking for a Cabinet Installer to join their diverse team. Pay: $22.50/hr.
Schedule: Must be flexible
Key Responsibilities:
- Install custom cabinetry in commercial construction projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform occasional on-site finishing and touch-ups to meet high-quality standards.
- Read and interpret cabinet designs, drawings, and blueprints.
- Install complex molding, crown molding, scribe fillers, furniture feet, base moldings, toe kicks, and end panels.
- Handle floating shelving, decorative hardware, and custom appliance door panels.
- Plan and execute cabinet installations in compliance with building codes and project requirements.
- Travel to multiple job sites across Lake Norman and the Greater Charlotte area as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience installing high-end custom cabinets.
- Basic experience with on-site finishing and touch-ups; knowledge of 2K Poly and Conversion Varnish finishes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (use company-provided tools).
