Responsibilities
·Build strategic partnerships with cabinetry manufacturers through consultative selling.
·Conduct data-driven business reviews (on-site/virtual) to drive client growth.
·Manage national accounts with up to 75% travel across the U.S.
·The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall relationship and management of day-to-day sales activities towards cabinetry manufacturers.
·Periodically report sales activities, customer feedback, and progress updates.
·Meet or exceed the sales goal set for the first month.
·Build and maintain strong client relationships.
·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth order process and client experience.
·Requirements
·Preferred industry experience includes construction, cabinetry, furniture, real estate, or similar fields.
·Must secure at least one customer order within one month of starting the role.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
·Must submit periodic work updates and customer interaction reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (plus commission)
·Qualifications
Basic Requirements
·Education: Associate’s degree or higher (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field).
·Experience: 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (experience in cabinets, building materials, or home improvement industries is a plus).
Skills
·Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with a variety of customers.
·Proficiency in Excel and other office software.
·Goal-oriented and able to perform efficiently under pressure, consistently exceeding sales targets.
·Quick learner with the ability to grasp cabinet product knowledge and market trends.
